2023, FEBRUARY 06 – To commemorate the 65th anniversary of the Munich air disaster, the annual fan-led memorial service at Old Trafford to remember those who lost their lives in the disaster will begin at 2:40pm GMT (10:40pm SGT) underneath the Munich Memorial Plaque and will consist of poems and songs.
There will be a one-minute silence at 3:04pm GMT (11.04pm SGT), which marks the time of the plane crash, and the service will be led by fan group Munich58 and the charity Manchester Munich Memorial Foundation.
Fans who wish to pay their respects but can’t be at Old Trafford can watch the service ‘LIVE’ on MUTV or ManUtd.com.
